Description
The Agency awarded multiple framework service contracts (in Cascade) to two contractors (1st NVISO Belgium BV and 2nd Airbus Protect SAS), which came into force on 22nd April 2025 for both, for an amount of €900.000,00 over the maximum allowable period of 3 years including renewals. This contract is used for supporting ENISA for the provision of cybersecurity services in Belgium. Due to an anticipated higher than forecast use of these FWC’s, it has become apparent that the budget allocated will not be enough to service the needs of the agency. The responsible project manager has formally requested an increase of 50% in the maximum budget allowed for these contracts. It has been decided to make use of the ‘negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice’ in order to increase the maximum amount available under this contract – fully in keeping with the prerequisite to have this capability adequately announced at the time of the original procurement procedure.
