KTH har ett behov att upphandla eventstöd för akademiska högtider, VIP-besök, prisutdelningar men även konferenser, föreläsningar samt öppethus. Leverantören ska kunna vara ett stöd vid avancerade event som enklare. Leverantören ska ha ett helhetsansvar och projektleda eventet från start till avslut.
