Predmetom zákazky je vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie na rekonštrukciu objektu krajskej knižnice (Verejná knižnica Michala Rešetku – VKMR) súp. č. 139 v k. ú. Trenčín (objekt v pôvodnom stave parcela KN „C“ č. 66; prístavba parcela KN „C“ parc. č. 67), požadujeme rešpektovať status verejnej budovy a rekonštrukciu smerovať tak, aby budova bola reprezentatívna a zároveň energeticky hospodárna.
