Description
Stichting Speciaal Onderwijs Twente en Oost Gelderland is voornemens nieuwbouw te realiseren voor VSO Deventer. De nieuwbouw vindt plaats op het perceel naast Storminkstraat 2 (Politiebureau) te Deventer op braakliggend terrein. Voor de realisatie van deze nieuwbouw is SOTOG op zoek naar een geschikte, ervaren en professionele partij. Daarnaast weet gegadigde (mede middels ervaring en inbreng van de geëigende systematiek van gegadigde) optimalisatievoorstellen in te brengen om de nieuwbouw met een optimale prijs/kwaliteitverhouding te realiseren. Dit uiteraard binnen de gestelde (esthetische, technische, kwalitatieve en duurzaamheids-) uitgangspunten. De VSO Deventer is een school voor Voortgezet Speciaal Onderwijs (cluster 4) waarbij uit wordt gegaan van 200 leerlingen en bestaat uit 28 lokalen, 1 horecalokaal, 2 praktijklokalen en twee stuks gymlokalen gecombineerd. De school wordt 2-laags gerealiseerd en de totale gebruiksoppervlakte zal circa 3680 m² bedragen. De mogelijkheid blijft echter aanwezig dat het aantal leerlingen maximaal 150 zal zijn en bestaat uit 20 lokalen, 1 horecalokaal, 2 praktijklokalen en één gymzaal.
