Description
Stichting Speciaal Onderwijs Twente en Oost Gelderland is voornemens nieuwbouw te realiseren voor VSO de Isselborgh te Doetinchem. De nieuwbouw vindt indicatief plaats op de huidige sportvelden van het Ludger College te Doetinchem, de nieuwe locatie zal toegang krijgen vanaf de Potgierstraat. Voor de realisatie van deze nieuwbouw is SOTOG op zoek naar geschikte, ervaren en professionele partijen. Onderhavige aanbesteding betreft de installatietechnische werkzaamheden. VSO de Isselborgh is een school voor Voortgezet Speciaal Onderwijs (cluster 4) waarbij uit wordt gegaan van 220 leerlingen en bestaat uit 37 lokalen en 1 kooklokaal. De school wordt 2-laags gerealiseerd en de totale gebruiksoppervlakte zal circa 3150 m² bedragen.
