Description
Through this restricted call for tender we are looking for a service provider to develop a network of European experts and researchers of different backgrounds, combining technical expertise relating to China’s digital and technological developments with a sound understanding of the evolving geopolitical context. By analyzing the country’s specific policies, progress and strategic investments on digital technologies (both domestically and in third countries), this Action will help build up knowledge and facilitate exchanges among European researchers/ experts on the role of China in this area and advise EU policy makers about their future strategic decisions.
