Réalisation d'une étude pré-opérationnelle habitat pour le lot 1. Cette étude couvre l'ensemble du territoire de la Collectivité de Saint-Martin et inclut une approche spécifique visant la lutte contre l'habitat indigne et très dégradé. Réalisation d'un observatoire de l'habitat pour la Collectivité de Saint-Martin pour le lot 2. L'observatoire de l'habitat vise à fournir une vision claire et actualisée du parc bâti de la Collectivité, en termes de typologie, d'état, d'occupation et de dynamiques territoriales.
