Description
Le détail du phasage de l'opération figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La prestation consiste en la réalisation d'une étude de faisabilité de création de SNCRR (Sites Naturels de Compensation, de Restauration et de Renaturation), dont l'objectif est d'anticiper des besoins de compensation de l'aménagement de la ZIP de Fos, notamment la réalisation des Orientations d'Aménagement de la ZIP (OAZIP) et le projet de doublement de la RD268, par la constitution d'une offre d'écosystèmes restaurés. L'objectif principal de l'étude est d'identifier et de caractériser des sites susceptibles d'intégrer une offre amont de compensation permettant de compenser les impacts résiduels des projets d'aménagement et d'atteindre l'objectif d'absence de perte nette (Loi biodiversité 2016) et également de répondre aux objectifs du Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement et de Gestion des Eaux (SDAGE) en termes de compensation lors de la destruction de zones humides
