Hankinnan kohteena olivat etätulkkaus- ja pikatulkkauspalvelut ajalle 10.6.2024 - 30.9.2025 + yhden (1) + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Hankintaprosessi kokonaisuudessaan on suomenkielinen. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset. Palvelutoiminnassa on huomioitava mm. työsuojelu ja ergonomia.
