Description
Kunden avser att låta bygga ut infrastrukturen för bredband inom Eslövs kommun. Att samtliga medborgare kan erhålla effektiva och säkra bredbandskommunikationer är av allmänt intresse och till nytta för kommunens utveckling. Under vissa förutsättningar kan allmän finansiering av bredbandsutbyggnad bli aktuell i form av regionalt och kommunalt stöd. Genom denna upphandling inbjuder Kunden leverantör att få del av finansiering genom att inkomma med anbud på etablering och tillhandahållande av infrastruktur för bredbandskommunikation enligt villkoren i detta Förfrågningsunderlag.
