Description
Die Zentralküche im Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf wird komplett umgebaut und saniert. In diesem Zusammenhang wird ein zukunftsorientiertes Speisenverteilsystem für die Patientenverpflegung implementiert. Es erfolgt eine Umstellung auf das Cook & Chill Verfahren, unter Verwendung selbst hergestellter Produkte. Es ist eine Neuaufteilung der Raumstruktur vorgesehen, einschl. einer Modernisierung der Bausubstanz und im Besonderen die Erneuerung der Betriebstechnischen Ausstattung. Die Ausführung der Gesamtleistungen erfolgt in 3 oberirdischen und 2 unterirdischen Geschossen.
