Project Management Services for three (3) projects, namely, James McSweeney House, Berkeley St, Dublin 1, St Annes Court, Ballinteer, Dublin 16 and 80 Philipsburgh Avenue, Fairview, Dublin 3 and the establishment of a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Cabhru Housing Association. The Project comprises the development of three (3) separate social residential projects which are currently at various stages of development.
