The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party party framework agreement from which the drawdown of single supplier contracts by location to provide; Maintenance and Minor Repairs of A. Intruder alarm installation, B. CCTV (where in place) C. Access control (where in place) D. Audio/video intercoms (where in place) E. Fire Detection and Alarm system And the provision of services F. Alarm Monitoring (Fire and Intruder) G. Keyholding/ Alarm Response with Callout There will be Four Lots resulting in Four Frameworks for which contracts will be drawn down from. • North Kerry • Tralee • Mid Kerry • South Kerry
