Description
Reconfiguration of circa 2,700 m2 of the existing Ballymun Primary Care Centre located within Ballymun Civic Centre. Existing administration spaces comprise of a mix of cellular offices, open plan offices, and staff welfare facilities over ground, 1st and 2nd floors and are to be replaced with clinical/consultation rooms, and a series of large therapy rooms/gyms etc. in addition to new administration spaces to accommodate Enhanced Community Care consisting of Chronic Disease Management (CDM), Integrated Care Programme of Older Persons (ICPOP) and Community Health Network (CHN). The works will include installation of new fire rated glazed enclosures to the existing atrium space on 1st and 2nd floors. The works will include ancillary modifications and minor refurbishment in adjacent areas of existing Primary Care Centre.
