This targeted analysis aims to provide new insights on urban planning in dynamic metropolitan regions to match high demand for housing with limited land availability. This targeted analysis will identify the recent development trends in relation to the overall demand for land take in the metropolitan regions involved and map the current land use based on the communal masterplans and current strategic plans.
