Description

Erweiterte Objektplanungsleistungen für das Projekt Neubau des Fördeklinikum Katharinen-Hospital. Die Projektdurchführung erfolgt in Form der Integrierten Projektabwicklung (IPA) auf Grundlage eines Mehrparteienvertrags. Die Vergütung wird abweichend von der HOAI auf Grundlage des Mehrparteienvertrags vergütet. Die Leistungen umfassen Planungsleistungen in Anlehnung an die Grundleistungen und Besonderen Leistungen der Vor-, Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanungsleistungen (Leistungsphasen 2 bis 5) sowie jeweils optional Objektüberwachungs- (Bauüberwachung) und Dokumentationsleistungen (Leistungsphase 8) und Objektbetreuungsleistungen (Leistungsphase 9).
