Description
Ausführungsleistungen Ausbau für das Projekt Neubau des Fördeklinikum Katharinen-Hospital. Die Projektdurchführung erfolgt in Form der Integrierten Projektabwicklung (IPA) auf Grundlage eines Mehrparteienvertrags. Die Vergütung wird auf Grundlage des Mehrparteienvertrags ermittelt. Die Leistungen umfassen alle Leistungen, die dem Ausbau des Rohbaus, unter besonderer Berücksichtigung möglicher Optionen serieller Vorfertigung dienen, mit Ausnahme der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung.
