Het leveren van gebruiksrecht voor / licenties van de SAAS ERP oplossing; Het implementeren van het SAAS ERP oplossing; Het inrichten en klaarmaken voor dagelijks operationeel gebruik; Het opleiden en trainen van de (kern)gebruikers en beheerders en alle daarbij noodzakelijke werkzaamheden; Het realiseren van koppelingen met andere systemen via de integratielaag. Converteren van de data vanuit de oude omgeving en inlezen naar de nieuwe oplossing; Het beheren van het geïmplementeerde en voor operationeel gebruik opgeleverde SAAS ERP oplossing en bijbehorende koppelingen.
