Description
Hanke eesmärk on välja selgitada mittetulundusühing (MTÜ), kellega Kliimaministeerium sõlmib halduslepingu riigiülesande täitmiseks (lepingu eeldatav täitmise algus on 01.01.2025). Halduslepinguga volitab Kliimaministeerium MTÜ-le autoveoseadusest ja ühistranspordiseadusest tulenevate teatud autoveoalaste dokumentide andmise, nende kehtivuse peatamise ja kehtetuks tunnistamise, veokorraldusjuhi hea maine nõudele mittevastavaks tunnistamise ning vedaja tegevusalal tegutsemise nõudele vastavuse kontrolli teostamise. Riigihanke esemesse kuuluvate autoveoalaste dokumentide hulka kuuluvad ühenduse tegevusluba (nii veose- kui sõitjateveol), selle kinnitatud ärakiri (veoseveol) ja tõestatud koopia (sõitjateveol), juhitunnistus (veoseveol), oma kulul sõitjateveo sertifikaat, Rahvusvahelise Transpordifoorumi (ITF) Euroopa Transpordiministrite Konverentsi (edaspidi CEMT) aastase ja lühiajalise kehtivusega veoluba, CEMT-i kolimisveoluba ja kahepoolne veoluba ja juhuveo kontrolldokument.
