Description

The EPFL intends to acquire full custom integrated circuits (ICs) realized with imaging sensor technology for its lab of Advanced Quantum Architecture (AQUA) of the Faculty School of Engineering (STI). The equipment will be dedicated to state-of-the-art research in image sensors using single-photon avalanche diodes (SPADs).
