Description
Die Küche im Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf stammt aus dem Jahre 1983 arbeitet heute im Cook & Serve-Verfahren. Die Zentralküche ist abgängig und wird zeitnah komplett saniert. Während der Umbauphase erfolgt die Speisenproduktion und -verteilung in einer neben der Küche aufgebauten Interimscontaineranlage. Die Umstellung auf das Cook & Chill Verfahren beginnt mit dem Umzug in die umgebaute Zentralküche nach Abschluss der Sanierung.
