Le présent marché a pour objet l'entretien préventif des toitures des bâtiments communaux et des deux résidences pour personnes âgées exploitées par le CCAS, quelles que soient leurs natures. Cet entretien a pour but d'éviter les infiltrations, les débordements et de pérenniser les couvertures existantes.
