Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de carburant par cartes accréditives et les services associés pour la Commune de Rosny-sous-Bois et son Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (C.C.A.S.). Les fournitures et les prestations attendues sont les suivantes : la fourniture de carburant par cartes sur le territoire français : sans plomb 95 - électrique - GNV - sans plomb 98 - gasoil ; la fourniture de cartes permettant les transactions pour les carburants et les droits de péage des autoroutes, des tunnels et des ponts, le lavage des véhicules, et de stationnement des parkings parisiens ; la mise à disposition d'un outil de gestion en ligne.
