Description
La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Elle donnera lieu à 8 accords-cadres mono-attributaires avec émission de bons de commandes avec minimum et avec maximum en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 1° et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant minimum correspond au montant du poste 1. Le montant maximum ne dépassera le minimum + 750 000 euro(s) HT (par lot). Les contrats sont conclus pour une durée ferme de 36 mois à compter du 1er mai 2025. Il s'agit de prestations de maintenance et d'entretien des installations du patrimoine d'ACM HABITAT : chauffage central individuel au gaz, production d'eau chaude sanitaire individuelle, VMC, Détecteurs Avertisseurs Autonomes de Fumée et Détecteurs Avertisseurs Autonomes de Monoxyde de Carbone, pompes à chaleur et robinetterie
