La présente consultation a pour objet l’attribution d’un accord-cadre portant le débroussaillage et l’entretien des espaces verts au Technicentre Atlantique. La consultation vise à retenir un (01) titulaire. Elle ne fait pas l’objet d’un allotissement.La tâche essentielle suivante, telle que visées à l’article L. 2193-3 du code de la commande publique, devra être effectuée directement par le titulaire unique, ou, en cas de groupement, par l’un des membres du groupement (cotraitance) détenant impérativement la qualification SNCF adéquate. La sous-traitance de cette tâche essentielle est formellement interdite
