Description
La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Elle donnera lieu à 3 accords-cadres mono-attributaires avec émission de bons de commandes sans minimum et avec maximum en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 1° et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Pour les lots 1 et 2, le montant maximum sera de : 1.500.000,00 euro(s) HT (par lot). Pour le lot 3, le montant maximum sera de: 2.000.000,00 euro(s) HT. Les contrats (lots 1 et 2) sont conclus pour une durée ferme de 18 mois et de 16 mois pour le lot 3 . Il s'agit de prestations de maintenance et d'entretien des installations des canalisations Eaux Usées et Eaux Pluviales sur le patrimoine d'ACM HABITAT. Le lot 3 concerne l'entretien des surpresseurs, pompes de relevage et fosses à hydrocarbures
