La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Les contrats sont conclus pour une durée ferme de 24 mois à compter du 1er mai 2025. Il s'agit de prestations de maintenance et d'entretien des installations de chauffage collectif du patrimoine d'ACM HABITAT : chauffage central collectif en réseau urbain et gaz, production d'eau chaude sanitaire individuelle, VMC, Détecteurs Avertisseurs Autonomes de Fumée et Détecteurs Avertisseurs Autonomes de Monoxyde de Carbone, pompes à chaleur et robinetterie
