Description
Uppdraget består i att som generalkonsult, tillika huvudbesiktningsman, forma en besiktningsgrupp med biträdande besiktningsmän för olika fackområden för genomförande av (fortlöpande) entreprenadbesiktningar i olika projekt. Besiktningsuppdrag avser renovering, ny- och ombyggnad fastigheter samt mark- och VA-anläggningar inom beställarens förvaltningsområde. Omfattning på respektive uppdrag, specificeras vid varje avrop/beställning från tecknat ramavtal.
