Entreprenaden omfattar drift- och underhållsarbeten och underhållsprojekt avseende del av det offentliga rummet inom entreprenadområdet för Entreprenad Söder centrum 2026 i Helsingborgs stad. Samtliga ingående delar finns beskrivna i Beställarens Karta som punkt, linje och yta. I kontraktet ingår även ÄTA-arbeten och eller Avrop till följd av bland annat ärenden i Beställarens ärendehanteringssystem, behov av åtgärder och avhjälpande av fel efter felanmälan. Kontraktet kan komma att omfatta drift- och underhållsarbeten inom hela det offentliga rummet i Helsingborgs stad, dessa arbeten beställs i förekommande fall som ÄTA-arbeten och eller Avrop
