Description
Halmstads kommun kommer under hösten 2024 upphandla entreprenör för nybyggnad av Vallåsskolan inom fastighet Valnöten 1 i Halmstad. Upphandlingen kommer ske som en utförandeentreprenad med bygg som Generalentreprenör. Projektet omfattar nybyggnad av skola i tre våningar med 900 elevplatser för F-9 samt 60 elever på anpassad grundskola. Skolan innehåller två fullstora idrottshallar med läktarplatser för 400 respektive 150 personer samt tillagningskök för 1700 portioner. Nybyggnad ca 18 500 kvm BTA yta.
