Description
Markentreprenaden omfattar bl.a. mark- och ledningsarbeten, kulvertering av befintlig bäck, sedimentationsdamm, vägar och ytskiktsarbete m.m. i samband med byggnation av ny kretsloppspark Stenkullen. Byggnation av verksamhetslokaler utförs i egen entreprenad. Markentreprenaden är tidsmässigt uppdelad i två delar, del 1 och del 2. I samband med färdigställande av del 1 avetablerar markentreprenören och lämnar över arbetsområdet till entreprenören för byggentreprenaden. Inga arbeten utförs av markentreprenören i denna period. När sen byggentreprenaden är färdigställd, startar del 2 av markentreprenaden.
