Entreprenaden avser nybyggnation i ett arbetsområde omfattande ca 20 000 kvm som innehåller byggnader med ca ytor (Boa ca 4800 kvm och Loa ca 600 kvm) samt komplementbyggnader. Grundläggning med betongplatta, stomme av stål/betong/trä, betongsocklar, fasad av tegel och tak av papp samt tillhörande installationer. Markarbeten består av husunderbyggnad, schakt och återfyllning för asfaltbeläggning på en yta om ca 4000m2.
