Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Abbrucharbeiten im Pavillon 13 (LOS1 = Zentrale Notaufnahme – ZNL: ca. 5.700 m²) und im Pavillon 14 ( LOS 2 = Nuklearmedizin - NUK: ca. 1.500 m²) auf dem Areal der Klinik Hietzing (KHI) an der Wolkersbergenstraße in 1130 Wien. Es wird eine Gesamtvergabe angestrebt. Die vorgezogenen Abbrucharbeiten beinhalten im Wesentlichen den Abbruch einschließlich Entsorgung/Verwertung von nicht-tragenden Zwischenwänden, Boden- und Wandbelägen, Bodenaufbauten, abgehängten Decken, Türen sowie Leitungen und Geräten der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Die Trennung der Leitungen/Geräte erfolgt im Vorfeld.
