Description
Prior Information Notice (PIN) – ENQEIR974 Offshore IT Software and Systems EirGrid intends to establish a multi-lot framework to procure IT software, systems, implementation and support services required to deliver new and enhanced capabilities for Offshore Asset Ownership. As Ireland advances its offshore renewable energy ambitions, EirGrid must implement modern digital systems, supporting technologies and data platforms to meet its responsibilities as Transmission System Operator and future Offshore Asset Owner. This PIN informs the market of the forthcoming procurement and provides guidance to suppliers regarding participation requirements and expected scope. A future call for competition may be issued. Any competitions may be advertised via the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) or other appropriate platforms. All costs incurred in preparing or submitting information are borne solely by suppliers. EirGrid and its advisers accept no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of this notice.
