MUCF upphandlar ett enkätverktyg till genomförande av LUPP-enkät. LUPP (Lokal uppföljning av ungdomspolitiken) är en nationell enkätundersökning från MUCF som kartlägger ungas (13–25 år) levnadsvillkor, hälsa, fritid och inflytande. Syftet är att ge kommuner underlag för att förbättra sin ungdomspolitik och öka ungas delaktighet och inflytande
