Description
Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάπτυξη Ενιαίας Πύλης Ψηφιακής Πρόσβασης στην Κοινωνική Προστασία και του Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος του Ο.Π.Ε.Κ.Α., όπως θα μετασχηματιστεί - παρέχοντας επιπλέον δυνατότητες - καθώς και η ψηφιοποίηση διαδικασιών του Οργανισμού. Στόχος είναι η βελτίωση των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών μέσω των εν λόγω πληροφοριακών συστημάτων, ώστε να καταστεί αποτελεσματικότερη η εξυπηρέτηση των πολιτών, η λειτουργία του Ο.Π.Ε.Κ.Α. και των Φορέων που ανήκουν/ εποπτεύονται/ επιβλέπονται από το ΥΚΟΙΣΟ. Μέσω αυτών θα παρέχεται η δυνατότητα για άμεση και εξατομικευμένη υποβολή αιτήσεων από τους πολίτες, για κοινωνικές και προνοιακές παροχές, καθώς και η παρακολούθηση και αξιολόγηση των πολιτικών αυτών από πλευράς Υπουργείου.
