Description
This is a Prior Information Notice for information purposes only and is not a call for competition – the competition will be carried out in the coming months via a framework. This notice serves as advanced notice of the Contracting Authority’s intention to issue tenders for the procurement of energy fabric upgrades of our housing stock in Wicklow Carlow County. There may be two sub¬groups in this framework for North Wicklow and South Wicklow/Carlow The duration of the framework is anticipated to take 48 months from 2026 to 2029. Queries, if any, in relation to this PIN must be submitted through the messaging system on this platform. There is no facility to submit queries on the OJEU platform.
