Description
Landskrona Energi AB (Beställaren) avser att upphandla en energiapp för energi- och elförbrukning till elnät- och elhandelskunder. Appen ska hjälpa våra kunder att på ett enkelt sätt se aktuellt spotpris, fakturor hålla koll på elförbrukning och mer därtill – allt på samma ställe. Beställaren efterfrågar en app som underlättar kundens vardag och möter framtidens behov samt ger enkel kundupplevelse i mobilen och skapar förutsättningar till en smartare förbrukning. Leverantör ska förutom energiapp även tillhandahålla leverans, installation, underhåll, support och utveckling av systemet. Appen som kommer att anskaffas förutsätts finnas i drift och vara anpassat för den svenska marknaden. Syftet är att upphandla en färdigutvecklad lösning som kan anpassas i framtiden utifrån de behov som finns på marknaden.
