Η επιλογή ενός Εκτελεστικού Οργανισμού για την εκτέλεση του συνόλου των δραστηριοτήτων της Πρότασης με τίτλο «Ενέργειες ενημέρωσης και προώθησης για τη σταφίδα και το ελαιόλαδο στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες», στο πλαίσιο του Κανονισμού (ΕΕ) αριθ. 1144/2014 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου. Εάν το προτεινόμενο πρόγραμμα δεν γίνει αποδεκτό από την ΕΕ, ο διαγωνισμός θα θεωρηθεί άκυρος και, στην περίπτωση αυτή, η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη και δεν υπόκεινται σε αιτήσεις ή / και ζητήματα ζημίας.
