Predmetom zákazky je dodávka endoskopickej techniky HDTV laparoskopické kompaktné snímacie zariadenie s ohybnou distálnou časťou (časť č. 1) a fibrobronchoskop (časť č. 2) vrátane dopravy na miesto určenia, inštalácie, uvedenia do prevádzky, odskúšania funkčnosti a prevádzkyschopnosti dodaných zariadení, návodov na obsluhu v slovenskom/českom jazyku, kompletnej užívateľskej dokumentácie v slovenskom/českom jazyku, potrebnej servisnej technickej dokumentácie, zaškolenia zamestnancov kupujúceho v potrebnom rozsahu a zabezpečenia záručného servisu, vrátane povinných preventívnych prehliadok a kontrol, ktoré sú stanovené právnymi predpismi a výrobcom pre ponúkané zariadenia pre potreby Kliniky otorinolaryngológie a chirurgie hlavy a krku (časť č. 1) a Kliniky anestéziológie a intenzívnej medicíny (časť č. 2).
