Description
The RFP requires a comprehensive, intuitive, multilingual search and compliance tool capable of identifying red flags and supporting detailed compliance checks. It must offer features like batch screening and uploading, customizable search accuracy, pinning most looked up companies, and providing detailed reports. The tool should cover categories such as economic sanctions, PEPs, money laundering, fraud, and other serious offenses. The solution should be web-based, GDPR compliant, secure, support various authentication configurations, and include robust admin and reporting functions, with clear cost definitions and no hidden costs. he RFP also requires a supplier due diligence tool in relation to adverse human rights and negative environmental impacts (in the supply chain) in the context of Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
