Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att förse beställaren med fysisk leverans av el till samtliga anläggningar samt att genom rådgivande portföljförvaltning i enlighet med beställarens riktlinjer säkerställa ett elpris som har jämn prisutveckling mellan åren, en hög säkerhet i priset för budgetåret och som ger långsiktigt konkurrenskraftiga elinköpskostnader. Därutöver syftar upphandlingen till att möjliggöra elkostnadsuppföljning och skapa förutsättningar för en effektiv administration av inköpet.
