Description

Detta gäller ett täckningsköp enligt 19a:6-7 LOU. Avtalet omfattar ett elevregister för Gymnasie- och vuxenutbildningsförvaltningen i syfte att uppfylla nya lagkrav (en ämnesreform med benämning GY25), som träder i kraft i juli 2025. Täckningsköpet har föregåtts av en annonserad upphandling (GRF-2022-28938). Sedan september 2023 har ärendet GRF-2022-28938 handlagts i domstol, varför Malmö stad nu gör ett täckningsköp.
