Predmet nabave je: ELEKTRONIČKE KOMUNIKACIJSKE USLUGE U POKRETNOJ MREŽI GRUPA 1 - ELEKTRONIČKE KOMUNIKACIJSKE USLUGE U POKRETNOJ MREŽI – GRAD ZAGREB, USTANOVE GRADA ZAGREBA, ZAGREBAČKI VELESAJAM i ZAGREBAČKI ELEKTRIČNI TRAMVAJ GRUPA 2 - ELEKTRONIČKE KOMUNIKACIJSKE USLUGE U POKRETNOJ MREŽI - ZAGREBAČKI HOLDING i OVISNA TRGOVAČKA DRUŠTVA Predmet nabave su javne usluge u pokretnoj elektroničkoj komunikacijskoj mreži (u nastavku: pokretna mreža) i to govorne usluge, podatkovne usluge, kao i kombinacije istih (u nastavku: mješovita usluga) samostalno ili zajedno s odgovarajućim prijenosnim uređajima za korištenje govornih ili mješovitih usluga (u nastavku: GSM telefon), odnosno odgovarajućim prijenosnim uređajima za korištenje podatkovnih usluga (USB modemi, GSM WiFi routeri, GSM routeri s analognom linijom), oboje s pripadnim elektroničkim karticama ( SIM-kartica ili eSIM) i dodijeljenim pretplatničkim brojem koji omogućuju predstavljanje pojedinačnih pretplatnika te mu daju ovlast za korištenje tih usluga prilikom njegovoga fizičkog kretanja.
