Description
Predmet nabave je pružanje javne govorne usluge u nepokretnoj elektroničkoj komunikacijskoj mreži za potrebe HZMO-a. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave sadržan je u Tehničkoj specifikaciji dokumentacije o nabavi i u Prilogu 3- Specifikacija javne govorne usluge, Prilogu 5 - Popis lokacija s numeracijom i terminski plan i Prilogu 6- Tehničke specifikacije uređaja. Ponuditelj je dužan ponuditi predmetnu uslugu sukladno opisanom u tehničkim specifikacijama. Sve usluge opisane u tehničkim specifikacijama koje gospodarski subjekt nudi i oprema koja se ugrađuje –trebaju biti definirane, uspostavljene odnosno isporučene u skladu s važećim propisima koji uređuju područje predmeta nabave u Republici Hrvatskoj te u skladu sa svim Direktivama i preporukama Europske Komisije, Međunarodne telekomunikacijske unije (ITU) i Europskog Instituta za standarde u telekomunikacijama (ETSI).
