Predmet ovog postupka je nabava opskrbe električnom energijom krajnjeg kupca za OMM-ove u kategoriji poduzetništvo, prema uvjetima iz ove dokumentacije o nabavi te ukoliko s ovima nisu u suprotnosti, prema reguliranim uvjetima na tržištu električne energije u RH - Zakona o tržištu električne energije (NN 111/21, 83/23 i 17/25), Općim uvjetima za korištenje mreže i opskrbu električnom energijom (NN 100/22), Zakona o energiji (120/12, 14/14, 95/15, 102/15 i 68/18), Pravilima djelovanja tržišta električne energije (NN 135/06, 146/10 i 90/12), te ostalih propisa koji reguliraju tržište električne energije u RH.
