Predmet nabave je električna energija, odnosno opskrba električnom energijom na temelju iskazanih potreba Naručitelja, a sukladno troškovniku, tehničkim specifikacijama i ostalim uvjetima naznačenim u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Naručitelj provodi ovaj postupak javne nabave i traži da najmanje 50% ukupne električne energije koju će isporučiti odabrani ponuditelj mora biti proizvedeno iz obnovljivih izvora energije.
