Upphandlingen omfattar ett ekonomisystem till hela Malmö stad. Ekonomisystemet ska stödja minst följande processer: Leverantörsfaktura, Kundfaktura, Internfaktura, E-handel, Redovisning och bokslut, Anläggningsredovisning, Tid och Projekt, Budget, prognos och analys. Det grundläggande ekonomisystemet ska levereras som lokal installation på plats hos Malmö stad. Gällande e-handeln accepterar Malmö stad att det ej levereras som lokal installation i det fall det ej kan uppfyllas.
