Description
Upphandlingen omfattar ett ekonomisystem till hela Malmö stad (samtliga förvaltningar samt stiftelser där Malmö stad hanterar och administrerar ekonomin) samt avropsberättigade bolag. Ekonomisystemet ska stödja minst följande processer: Leverantörsfaktura, Kundfaktura, Internfaktura, E-handel, Redovisning och bokslut, Anläggningsredovisning, Tid och Projekt, Budget, prognos och analys (inklusive Uppföljning) samt Operatörs- och utskriftstjänster. Det grundläggande ekonomisystemet ska levereras som lokal installation på plats hos Malmö stad. Gällande e-handeln accepterar Malmö stad att det ej levereras som lokal installation i det fall det ej kan uppfyllas. I Uppdraget ingår även följande: implementering, utbildning för Beställarens användare, konsulttjänster, integrationer samt felavhjälpande underhåll, support, underhåll av Tjänsten, m.m.
