EKC uređaj za potrebe Zavoda za kardijalnu i torakalnu kirurgiju KBC-a Osijek uključujući isporuku uređaja, instalaciju i puštanje u punu funkciju rada uređaja, edukaciju korisnika o rukovanju i radu s opremom (u trajanju od 1 radnog dana na mjestu instalacije uređaja od strane educiranog specijalista) te redovno održavanje opreme tijekom jamstvenog perioda u trajanju minimalno od 12 (dvanaest) mjeseci. Opis predmeta nabave potpuno je utvrđen u Troškovniku u kojem su detaljno opisane minimalne karakteristike traženog predmeta nabave. Ugovorne obveze započinju danom obostranog potpisa ugovora o javnoj nabavi robe. Rok za isporuku, montažu, puštanje u punu funkciju rada uređaja, edukaciju osoblja Naručitelja o načinu rukovanja i radu s opremom, te uredno izvršenu primopredaju isporučenog predmeta nabave iznosi 60 (šezdeset) dana od dana sklapanja ugovora. Rok za potpuno ispunjenje svih ugovornih obveza (kompletno servisiranje i održavanje sa svim rezervnim dijelovima uređaja za rad u punoj funkciji) traje do isteka ugovorenog jamstvenog roka u trajanju od minimalno 12 (dvanaest mjeseci).
